Here is some screen shots for an assignment I was working on. 
We had to pick a 2D logo and make it 3D. I chose the Barcelona Football team.
It was a fun assignment and I’m only half way through (next is to animate it).
Taking a 2d image and making it 3D in 3DsMax obviously has its challenges (learned quite a lot with my mistakes)
However I’m happy with the results so far and the comfort level with 3Ds Max is getting high the more I think about it.
